地理“活动”栏目,是新教材的重要组成部分,体现了课改纲要“改变学生的学习方式,重视学生的学习过程”的理念,增强了教材的实践性和探索性。它注重现实生活中的经历和体验,旨在激发学生对地理问题的兴趣,培养在学生思维上从多方面研究地理问题的学习能力,提高学生的探究和实践能力;同时也要求教师适时转变自己的角色,以学习活动的促进者和合作者参与学生的活动,引导学生主动探究,建构知识。但实际教学过程中“活动”的地位低微,备受冷落,并未能充分发挥作用。重在探讨合理利用地理“活动”栏目对学生思维培养的方法。
