目的祛疣合剂抗尖锐湿疣HPV作用及免疫的机理;方法祛疣合剂作用于尖锐湿疣离体组织对HPV含量的影响及对Cy致免疫低下小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ的含量变化的实验研究;结果祛疣合剂具有杀灭尖锐湿疣离体组织HPV的作用,并改善免疫抑制小鼠模型血清IL-2、IFN-γ的含量,与对照组经统计学检验有差异。结论祛疣合剂治疗尖锐湿疣的机理是直接杀灭HPV,并通过调节免疫状态,达到抗病毒的效果,疗效呈浓度依赖性。
Objective: To study the effect of removing warts on genital warts (HPV) and the mechanism of immunotherapy. Methods The effect of removing warts on the HPV content of condyloma acuminatum tissues and the changes of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in Cy-induced immunodeficiency mice Experimental results; Qu dispelling wart mixture has the effect of killing genital warts isolated tissue HPV, and improve the immunosuppressive mouse model serum IL-2, IFN-γ content, and the control group were statistically different. Conclusion The mechanism of removing warts mixture in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is to directly kill HPV and achieve the effect of antivirus by adjusting the immune state, the effect is concentration-dependent.
