文章旨在探讨赛前训练周期中武术套路男子运动员肌酸激酶(CK)、血清尿素(BU)、血红蛋白(Hb)和血清睾酮(T)、血清皮质醇(C)及T/C值变化的规律。在7名男子武术套路运动员为期三周的赛前训练期间,分别在赛前训练周期开始前、训练周期第1周、第2周、3周末测定CK、BU、Hb和T、C值。结果:与赛前训练周期前相比,赛前训练第1周,运动员CK值和C值显著升高;赛前训练第2周,运动员CK、BU和C值显著升高,T和T/C值显著下降;赛前训练第3周,运动员CK值显著下降,BU值显著升高;赛前训练周期中,Hb值与赛前训练周期前相比无显著变化。结论:赛前训练周期能对武术套路运动员机体产生一定程度的刺激作用。通过调整训练,武术套路运动员的机能水平得到恢复,表明赛前训练后运动员获得良好的机能状态。
This article aims to explore the changes of creatine kinase (CK), serum urea (BU), hemoglobin (Hb), serum testosterone (T), serum Cortisol (C) and T / C in Wushu routine men’s athletes during the pre-competition training period law. During the three weeks of pre-competition training for seven male Wushu routine players, the values of CK, BU, Hb and T, C were measured before the beginning of the training cycle, at the first week, the second week and the third weekend of the training cycle. Results: Compared with that before the training period, the CK and C values of athletes increased significantly in the first week before the training. At the second week before the training, the CK, BU and C values of athletes increased significantly, while T and T / C value decreased significantly. In the third week before the training, the CK value of athletes decreased significantly and the BU value increased significantly. During the pre-competition training period, the Hb value had no significant change compared with that before the training period. Conclusion: Pre-race training cycle can stimulate the body of Wushu routine athletes to a certain extent. By adjusting the training, the performance level of the Wushu routine athletes was restored, indicating that the athletes gained good performance status after the pre-match training.
