目的:调查分析护理专业中专护生心理健康状况与自尊水平的关系。方法:采用SCL-90及SES对127名护理专业4年制学生进行调查分析,对SCL-90和SES评分作相关分析。结果:护理专业学生SCL-90中各项因子分值均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示SCL-90与SES各项评分存在正相关。结论:护理专业中专护生存在一定的心理健康问题,在抑郁、人际关系、焦虑等方面突出,提示针对该人群开展心理健康教育,帮助其树立正确的人生观、价值观,维持正常的自尊水平,对促进心理健康具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the relationship between mental health status and self-esteem level of secondary nursing students in nursing specialty. Methods: SCL-90 and SES were used to investigate and analyze 127 nursing students of 4-year program. The correlation analysis between SCL-90 and SES was made. Results: The score of SCL-90 in nursing major students was higher than that of the national norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between SCL-90 and SES scores. Conclusion: There are some mental health problems in secondary nursing students in nursing specialty, which are prominent in depression, interpersonal relationship and anxiety. It suggests that mental health education should be conducted for this population to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values and maintain a normal level of self-esteem , To promote mental health is of great significance.
