钙结合蛋白S100P(S100P)是S100钙结合蛋白家族的一员,在多种肿瘤中高表达,参与了肿瘤细胞的增生、存活、转移与侵袭,与肿瘤的发生、发展、预后及药物敏感性相关。近年研究发现,S100P在种植窗期人子宫内膜的表达明显增高,且孕激素对该分子有上调作用,提示该分子可能参与子宫内膜容受性的形成及胚胎植入过程。子宫内膜容受性的形成是胚胎植入的必要条件,胚胎植入是成功妊娠的关键环节,这一过程涉及了细胞的增生、凋亡、黏附、侵袭和血管增生,与肿瘤的发生发展有很多相似的生理过程,S100P在胚胎植入过程中发挥的作用还有待进一步研究。综述近年来关于S100P的研究进展及其与胚胎植入的相关研究。
S100P is a member of the S100 calcium binding protein family and is overexpressed in a variety of tumors and is involved in the proliferation, survival, metastasis and invasion of tumor cells, and is associated with tumorigenesis, development, prognosis and drug sensitivity . In recent years, it has been found that the expression of S100P in the human endometrium at planting window is significantly increased, and progesterone up-regulates the molecule, suggesting that the molecule may be involved in the formation of endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation. The formation of endometrial receptivity is a necessary condition for embryo implantation. Embryo implantation is the key link of successful pregnancy. The process involves cell proliferation, apoptosis, adhesion, invasion and angiogenesis, and the occurrence and development of tumors There are many similar physiological processes, S100P role in embryonic implantation remains to be further studied. The research progress of S100P in recent years and its related research on embryo implantation are reviewed.
