物资零库存管理在物资管理中发挥着重要的作用,是国际承包工程中能够帮助工程项目实现利润目标的重要举措。在国际承包工程中,采用物资零库存的管理方式,能够实现对资源的灵活管理,开源节流,盘活资金。同时零库存管理也是物资管理中实际意义较强的一项管理方式,被广泛应用于各类工程管理中。基于此,本文就国际承包工程项目中的零库存管理方式进行研究,并提出项目管理优化策略。
Zero inventory management of materials plays an important role in material management and is an important measure in international contracting projects that can help projects achieve profit targets. In international contracting projects, the use of zero inventory management of materials, to achieve the flexible management of resources, increase revenue and reduce expenditure, revitalize the funds. At the same time, zero inventory management is also a material management practice in material management and is widely used in various project management. Based on this, this paper studies the zero inventory management methods in the international contracted projects and proposes the project management optimization strategy.
