对于商铺投资者和经营者来讲,投资商铺的目的是为了市场鼓噪的高回报率,经营商业的目的是为了分享中国经济成长所带动的商业利润。但理性的开发商、投资者、经营商户应该都目睹了过去两年北京商铺投资市场有些商业地产项目出现的“春去春不回”的惨淡局面。开发商应该注意:不做好市场定位分析和规划,不考虑好当地的实际消费能力和交通容量,只盲目求大,则规模越大,损失越大!
