数字用户环路设备（ＤＳＬ）可以消除交换机与用户终端之间的传输频带受限的“瓶颈”矛盾，起到缓建交换局、扩大交换局服务的作用。数字用户环路设备的测试系统主要起到故障定位、方便检修的作用。测试系统的内容包括用户线间电容、线间绝缘电阻、对地绝缘电阻、对电源绝缘电阻、平衡度以及话路通路的测试。
Digital Subscriber Loop Equipment (DSL) can eliminate the “bottleneck” contradiction between the transmission band of the switch and the user terminal and play a role in buffering the exchange and expanding the service of the exchange. The test system of digital subscriber loop equipment mainly plays the role of fault location and maintenance. Test system includes the contents of the user line capacitance, line insulation resistance, insulation resistance to the ground, the power supply insulation resistance, balance and access path test.
