目的观察卵裂期胚胎可溶性人类白细胞抗原G(solublehumanleukocyteantigenG,sHLAG)的表达,并探讨sHLAG的表达与胚胎发育的关系。
Objective To observe the expression of soluble human leukocyte antigen G (sHLAG) in cleavage stage embryos and to investigate the relationship between sHLAG expression and embryonic development. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of sHLAG in 177 cleavage stage embryos. Results Among 177 cleavage stage embryos, 101 embryos with cleavage stage had sHLAG protein expression, and the total expression rate of sHLAG was 571% (101/177). The expression rate of sHLAG in cleavage stage embryos was 662% (90/136). The expression rate of sHLAG in cleavage stage embryos formed by the development of prokaryotic fertilized eggs was 268% (11/41). Two The difference was statistically significant (P <001). The positive rate of sHLAG expression was 643% (18/28) in grade 1 cleaved embryos, 917% (66/72) in grade 2 cleavage embryos, 167 grade 3 cleavage stage embryos % (6/36). 3, the difference was statistically significant (P <001). The positive rate of sHLAG in stage Ⅰ cleavage stage embryos formed by the development of prokaryotic fertilized eggs was 889% (32/36), which was significantly different from that of stage Ⅰ cleavage stage embryos developed by digestible (P < 001). The expression rate of sHLAG was 567% (34/60) in embryos of 6 or 4 cells, 679% (36/53), 7 cells and 8 The number of embryos was 870% (20/23). There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 005). Conclusion sHLAG protein expression in cleavage stage embryos; and sHLAG expression and embryonic development.
