由于分布式电源(distributed generator,DG)的接入,有源配电网运行的不确定性显著增大。其中,负荷需求及DG出力的不确定性对于恢复策略的制定影响显著。为此,提出一种基于信息间隙决策理论(information gap decision theory,IGDT)的配电网故障下失电负荷恢复的鲁棒决策模型。对于给定的不确定参数变化集,该模型给出的策略可以保证恢复结果不差于某一预设的最低可接受度。基于该模型,开发了以恢复更多失电负荷为目标的鲁棒恢复程序。最后,采用PG&E 69节点配电网算例系统对于所提方法进行了分析验证。“,”With the fact that more distributed generations (DGs) are used in network, the operation uncertainty of active distribution network is becoming significant. Restoration strategies are affected by these uncertainties, especially by the variation of load demand and DG output. In this paper, a robust optimization model using information gap decision theory (IGDT) was proposed for distribution network restoration after failures. With bounded uncertainties, the restoration strategies, as the robust solutions, ensured that restoration results would be better than a given acceptable threshold. Robust restoration decision making software was developed based on the proposed restoration model, whose objective is to maximize the recovery load. In the last part of this paper, numerical tests on a PG&E 69-node system were given to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.
