在 1 8 53K的温度下 ,利用 Ca O- Si O2 - Fe2 O3- Mn O2 - Mg O- P2 O5系熔剂 ,对钢液进行脱磷、回磷实验 ,研究熔剂碱度 Ca O/Si O2 和氧化性 ( Fe2 O3+ Mn O2 )对钢液脱磷、回磷的影响。研究得出 ,防止钢液回磷的先决条件是 :控制熔剂碱度和氧化性大于其临界值。实验发现 ,用适量 Ba O取代 Ca O基熔剂中的 Ca O,可有效控制钢液的回磷。
The molten steel was dephosphorized and rephosphorized using CaO-Si O2 - Fe2 O3 - Mn O2 - Mg O-P2 O5 flux at a temperature of 1853K to study the effects of flux basicity Ca O / Si O2 and Effect of Oxidation (Fe2 O3 + Mn O2) on Dephosphorization and Phosphorus Recovery in Molten Steel. The study concluded that the preconditions for preventing phosphorus from being remelted in the molten steel are: controlling the basicity and the oxidizability of the flux to be greater than their critical values. The experiment found that replacing the CaO in CaO based flux with proper amount of BaO can effectively control the phosphorus recovery in molten steel.
