Fast-acting thrombolytic agents are traditional Chinese medicine preparations based on rhubarb. Rhubarb can heat through the intestines, cooling blood detoxification, blood stasis. Its active ingredient related to the therapeutic effect of this drug is mainly the original terpenoid compound. The conditions for extracting terpenoids from rhubarb are different, and the yield of terpenoids is also different. Therefore, we refer to the relevant literature and use orthogonal design tests to determine the output rate and total enthalpy content.
