为进一步探讨核桃选优数量化方法,采用主成分分析法对复选的8株早实核桃优树树体性状(树龄、树高、胸径、分枝高、冠幅)和果实性状(产量、青果重、坚果重、坚果壳厚度、坚果三径平均值、缝合线高、脂肪酸含量、总糖含量、蛋白质含量)进行综合分析,确定用代表优树性状90.2%综合信息的4个重要主成分反映优树性状,列出了4个重要主成分的函数式,并计算出了4个重要主成分值。通过主成分值对供试优树进行综合评选得到的优良单株与实际表现型相近,证明了主成分分析法在核桃优树综合选择中的应用价值。
In order to further explore the method of quantification of the optimal number of walnut, principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the traits of eight elite early walnut trees (age, tree height, diameter at breast height, branch height and crown width) and fruit traits (yield, Fruit weight, nut weight, thickness of nut shell, average diameter of three nuts, suture height, fatty acid content, total sugar content and protein content) were analyzed comprehensively to determine the four important principal components It reflects the tree characters, lists the functional formulas of four important principal components, and calculates four important principal component values. The excellent single plant obtained by the comprehensive evaluation of the main tree species by the principal component values is similar to the actual phenotype, which proves the application value of the principal component analysis in the comprehensive selection of the excellent tree of walnut.
