水煮鱼是来自重庆的特色菜,因其特有的超麻辣口感、浓重的颜色和油汪汪的鱼片,大大刺激了人们的食欲,成了大江南北人们普遍爱吃的一道菜。但食用水煮鱼究竟对人的健康有哪些影响却少有人关心。曾有媒体报道:有人因猛吃水煮鱼而造成“软组织脓肿”。虽然最后医生说这只是极个别现象,但因吃水煮鱼后会脸上长痘、上火、胃部不适的反应,却是许多人常碰到的事。
