通过对兰新铁路大体积混凝土试验墩的温度实时监测和数值模拟,对普通养护和保温保湿养护下混凝土试验墩温度场进行了研究,并计算得到保温材料所需要的解析解。研究结果表明:保温保湿养护可以保证大体积混凝土在干旱、大风、大温差条件下不产生裂缝,优于传统养护方式;保温材料厚度为2 cm时,养护效果与经济性最佳。研究成果对兰新铁路第二双线(新疆段)大体混凝土的合理养护有一定参考意义。
Through the real-time temperature monitoring and numerical simulation of mass concrete test piers in Lan-Xin Railway, the temperature field of concrete test pier under normal curing and thermal-preservation is researched, and the analytical solution required for thermal insulation material is calculated. The results show that: Insulation and moisture conservation can ensure that mass concrete does not crack under the conditions of drought, wind gust and large temperature difference, which is better than the traditional conservation methods. When the insulation material thickness is 2 cm, the curing effect and economy are the best. The research results have certain reference meaning for the reasonable curing of the general concrete in the second double line (Xinjiang section) of Lan-Xin Railway.
