中药片剂包糖衣技术性较强,包衣的成败与操作的熟练程度有关。现将本人的实践经验简述于下。包衣原料1.明胶浆包隔离层用。用明胶配成7～10%的水溶液,用时新配。方法:取固体明胶,先用冷水湿润,再加水稀释至所需浓度,水浴加热,不断搅拌至全溶,纱布过滤。如用直火加热溶解,容易焦糊。2.糖浆用白色含杂质少、干燥松散的颗粒状蔗糖,配成65～75%的溶液,用时配制。熬制糖浆时,加热时间不宜过长,以开锅后10～15分钟为宜,以免产生转化糖,不易干燥,用时会使片剂表面产生花斑不易打
Traditional Chinese medicine tablet icing is more technical, and the success or failure of coating is related to the proficiency of the operation. I will briefly describe my practical experience. Coating raw materials 1. Gelatin slurry for the isolation layer. A 7 to 10% aqueous solution was formulated with gelatin and used fresh. Method: take solid gelatin, first wet with cold water, then add water to dilute to the required concentration, water bath heating, stirring constantly until completely dissolved, gauze filter. If heated and dissolved by direct fire, it is easy to burn. 2. The syrup contains white, less dry, loose, granular sucrose, which is formulated into a 65-75% solution and used when formulated. When brewing syrup, the heating time should not be too long. It is advisable to use 10-15 minutes after the pot is opened so as to avoid the formation of invert sugar and it is not easy to dry. When used, it will make the surface of the tablet less susceptible to spotting.
