本文是一份研制工作报告。首先叙述了在红外导引头中采用各种球面光学系统的形式。然后分析了采用二次旋转非球面的可能性,给出了设计非球面系统的计算方法和一个已经试制成功的数字计算的实例。与球面系统相比,由于采用了非球面,使光学系统变得很简单,装调方便,系统的透过率增加。从测试结果表明,系统给出的象质接近于设计数值。调试获得的数据也是满意的。
This article is a research work report. First, the form of various spherical optical systems used in the infrared seeker is described. Then, the possibility of using secondary rotation of aspheric surface is analyzed. The calculation method of designing aspheric system and an example of digital calculation that has been successfully trialled are given. Compared with the spherical system, due to the use of aspherical, so that the optical system becomes very simple, easy adjustment, the system increases the transmittance. From the test results show that the system gives the image quality close to the design value. The data obtained from debugging is also satisfactory.
