目的探讨大肠癌nm23、p53、CerbB-2基因表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测84例大肠癌组织中的nm23、p53、CerbB-2的表达。结果大肠癌中nm23、p53、CerbB-2的阳性表达分别是41.7%、64.3%、59.5%。nm23阴性、p53、CerbB-2阳性者淋巴结转移率分别是89.8%、85.2%、88.0%,均高于nm23阳性、p53、CerbB-2阴性者淋巴结转移率(57.1%、53.3%、58.8%),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。同时有两个及以上指标表达异常者淋巴结转移率为84.0%,高于一个指标表达异常或三个指标均不表达异常者淋巴结转移率(64.7%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论nm23、p53、CerbB-2在大肠癌中的表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移密切相关,nm23、p53、CerbB-2的表达在大肠癌淋巴结转移中可能起协同作用,可作为临床检测转移和估计预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23, p53, CerbB-2 and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods Envision method was used to detect the expression of nm23, p53 and CerbB-2 in 84 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The positive expressions of nm23, p53 and CerbB-2 in colorectal cancer were 41.7%, 64.3% and 59.5% respectively. The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 89.8%, 85.2% and 88.0% respectively in nm23-negative and p53-positive and CerbB-2-positive cases, , The difference was significant (P <0.01). At the same time, the lymph node metastasis rate was 84.0% in patients with abnormal expression of two or more indexes, which was higher than that in one of the three indicators (64.7%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of nm23, p53 and CerbB-2 in colorectal cancer are closely related to the lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. The expressions of nm23, p53 and CerbB-2 may play a synergistic role in the metastasis of lymph node in colorectal cancer. Important indicator.
