泥岩质路基的稳定和强度是我国公路建设和岩土工程领域急需解决的一个重要课题。通过对强夯加固机理及塑性理论分析,提出了泥岩质材料的本构模型、土体硬化规律、荷载模式等关键要素,在此基础上,依托实体工程采用有限元软件ABAQUS对泥岩质路基填筑材料强夯加固过程进行了非线性动力仿真模拟,并采用瑞利波测试技术进行了强夯质量检测评估。分析研究表明:采用强夯加固法可有效解决泥岩质材料在路基填筑中的局限性,其土体强度能够满足路基填筑要求。
The stability and strength of the muddy rock embankment is an important issue to be solved urgently in the field of highway construction and geotechnical engineering in China. Based on the analysis of reinforcement and plasticity theory of dynamic compaction, some key elements of mudstone material constitutive model, soil hardening law and load pattern are put forward. Based on this, the finite element software ABAQUS The dynamic simulation of the dynamic compaction process of building materials was carried out. The dynamic compaction quality was evaluated by Rayleigh wave test. Analysis and research shows that the use of dynamic compaction reinforcement method can effectively solve the limitations of mudstone materials in roadbed filling, and its soil strength can meet the requirements of subgrade filling.
