目的:研究仙灵骨葆滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:以硬度、圆整度、溶散时限、得率作为评价指标,对药物与基质的比例、滴制温度、冷却剂上部温度3因素进行正交试验。结果:优选的最佳成型工艺是二甲硅油350cs作为冷却液,处方配比为:提取物∶聚乙二醇1500(PEG1500)∶聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)(1∶0.8∶0.4),滴制液温度85±2℃,冷却剂上部温度为35±2℃,滴丸成型率最高。结论:以筛选出的成型工艺条件制成的滴丸,成品得率高。
Objective: To study the best molding process of Xianling Gubao pill. Methods: The hardness, roundness, dissolution time limit and yield were taken as the evaluation indexes. The orthogonal experiment was made on the ratio of drug to matrix, dropping temperature and upper temperature of coolant. Results: The optimal molding process was simethicone 350cs as the cooling solution. The prescription ratio was: extract: polyethylene glycol 1500 (PEG1500): polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG4000) (1: 0.8: 0.4) Dripping liquid temperature of 85 ± 2 ℃, the upper coolant temperature of 35 ± 2 ℃, dropping pills forming the highest rate. Conclusion: Dropping pills made by screening process conditions have high yields.
