磁共振波谱(MRS)在临床影像诊断中的应用越来越普及,通过波谱分析来显示病灶生化信息的改变,能在分子水平上反映肿物的病理情况,为临床医师鉴别病变提供影像依据,同时由于MRS的无创性和无射线损害,为反复检查以监测放化疗效果提供必要的影像支持,大大减轻了患者的心理和生理的负担。在此主要阐述MRS技术重点介绍1H-MRS技术及其在鉴别乳腺病变中的应用。
The application of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in clinical imaging diagnosis is becoming more and more popular. The change of biochemical information of lesions by spectroscopic analysis can reflect the pathological conditions of the tumor at the molecular level and provide clinicians with images for the identification of lesions. At the same time, due to the noninvasive and no-ray damage of MRS, it provides the necessary image support for the repeated examination to monitor the effect of chemoradiotherapy, which greatly reduces the psychological and physiological burden of patients. This article mainly describes the MRS technology focuses on 1H-MRS technology and its application in the identification of breast lesions.
