综合劳动监察概念综合劳动监察,是指将行政管理、劳动监察程序和技术上的各个方面,整合成一套具有整体性、一致性、灵活性的方案。目标是将现有资源合理化,提供更高效的服务并且增加工作场所监察员的数量。方案的执行需要不同国家的政府部门、雇主和工人组织的紧密配合。综合劳动监察系统也为处理新兴的产业基地和与劳动力相关的问题提供了各种可能解决的方案。综合监察与所有的国家劳动监察一样,主要负责企业、部门及国家之间的协调,确保立法在实施过程中的一贯性和公平性。就企业而言,“一个企业一种监察”满足了雇主的意愿,即劳动监察可以帮助企业尽可能解决相关的社保问题。
The concept of integrated labor inspection Integrated labor inspection refers to the administration, labor inspection procedures and technical aspects of integration into a set of integrated, consistent and flexible programs. The goal is to rationalize existing resources, provide more efficient services and increase the number of workplace inspectors. The implementation of the program requires the close coordination of government departments, employers and workers’ organizations in different countries. The integrated labor inspection system also offers various options for addressing emerging industrial bases and labor-related issues. Like all state labor inspections, integrated supervision is mainly responsible for the coordination among enterprises, departments and countries so as to ensure the consistency and fairness of the legislation in its implementation. As far as enterprises are concerned, “one enterprise one kind of supervision” meets the employer’s will, that labor inspection can help enterprises to solve the related social security problems as much as possible.
