虽然德国高等教育资源丰富,但仍然有一半的中学毕业生不选择上大学,他们热衷于上的是职业学校。德国的职业教育被比喻为“经济腾飞的秘密武器”。几乎在每个企业,身怀绝技又一丝不苟的技术工人被企业主们视作珍宝。在德国,最富有特色的是二元制职业教育,这种职业教育培养了大量优秀产业工人——他们不仅有技术技能,而且具有较强的学习能力、职业习惯、职业纪律。令人吃惊的是,德国的职业教育在孩子“小升初”时就已经开始了第一次分流。
Although German higher education is rich in resources, half of the high school graduates still do not choose to go to college, and their keen interest is in vocational schools. Vocational education in Germany is compared to “secret weapon for economic growth.” Almost in every business, skilled and meticulous technical workers are considered by business owners as treasures. In Germany, the most distinctive is the dual system of vocational education. This vocational education has trained a large number of outstanding industrial workers - they have not only technical skills but also strong learning ability, professional habits and professional discipline. Amazingly, vocational education in Germany started its first tributary when children “started their ascent.”
