近年来我国房地产业发展迅速,但同时房地产业也面临较为严峻的问题和挑战.基于投机价格衡量法,建立房地产行业发展稳定度模型,并且通过SPSS软件对相关数据进行回归分析,测算出全国房地产市场的发展稳定度,结果表明我国房地产行业发展态势基本处于警戒区域,最后提出促进我国房地产市场健康稳定发展的对策.
In recent years, China’s real estate industry has developed rapidly, but at the same time, the real estate industry is also facing more serious problems and challenges.Based on the speculative price measurement method, the real estate industry development stability model is established and the SPSS software is used to regress the related data to calculate the national real estate The results show that the development of China’s real estate industry is basically in a precautionary area. Finally, the countermeasures to promote the healthy and stable development of China’s real estate market are put forward.
