研究了穴蚀条件下热喷涂层的行为特点,对不同种类涂层进行了抗穴蚀性能对比,研究了气缸套表面抗穴蚀涂层的应用技术,建立了涂层结合强度与穴蚀特征之间的相互关系。结果表明,使用不锈钢线材与复合线材效果较好,其抗穴蚀性能是无涂层气缸套的1.6倍。
