目的:建立用反相高效液相色谱法测定通神复脑丸中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(73:27)为流动相,SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,检测波长为270nm,流速1.0ml·min~(-1)。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在5.75×10~(-2)~5.95×10~(-1)μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.92%。结论:该法结果准确、便于操作,可作为通神复脑丸的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone IIA in Tongshen Fuxin Pills by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (73:27), SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) as stationary phase, detection wavelength was 270nm, flow rate was 1.0ml·min~(-1). . RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of tanshinone II A in the range of 5.75×10 -2 -5.95×10 -1 μg, r = 0.999 (n = 5). The average recovery was 99.3%. The RSD was 0.92%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and easy to operate and can be used as one of the quality control methods of Tongshen Fuxin Pills.
