目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌(epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)患者外周血、癌组织中KISS1 mRNA的表达及其临床意义。方法:RT-PCR检测40例EOC、20例交界性卵巢肿瘤、20例良性卵巢肿瘤以及20例正常卵巢的组织及其术前静脉血中KISS1 mRNA的表达,分析KISS1 mRNA在4种组织间的表达差异性及在卵巢癌中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:EOC组织及外周血KISS1 mRNA的表达量均高于良性肿瘤以及正常对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);EOC组织及外周血KISS1 mRNA的表达量与组织分化、临床分期、有无转移、术后残留病灶大小有关(P<0.05);KISS1 mRNA在EOC原发病灶中的表达量高于其在对应转移灶中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);外周血与卵巢组织中KISS1 mRNA的表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.669,P<0.001)。结论:KISS1基因可能参与了EOC的发生与发展,外周血KISS1 mRNA可作为卵巢癌分化程度、分期、复发及转移的生物学标志。
Objective: To investigate the expression of KISS1 mRNA in peripheral blood and cancer tissues of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of KISS1 mRNA in 40 cases of EOC, 20 cases of borderline ovarian tumor, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 20 cases of normal ovary tissue and their preoperative venous blood was detected by RT-PCR. The expression of KISS1 mRNA in 4 tissues Expression Difference and Its Relationship with Clinicopathological Features in Ovarian Cancer. Results: The expression of KISS1 mRNA in EOC tissues and peripheral blood was higher than that in benign tumors and normal controls (P <0.001). The expression of KISS1 mRNA in EOC tissues and peripheral blood was correlated with the clinical stage, (P <0.05). The expression of KISS1 mRNA in the primary EOC was higher than that in the corresponding metastasis (P = 0.001), and the level of KISS1 mRNA in peripheral blood There was a positive correlation between the expression of KISS1 mRNA and ovarian tissue (r = 0.669, P <0.001). Conclusion: KISS1 gene may be involved in the occurrence and development of EOC. KISS1 mRNA in peripheral blood may serve as a biological marker for the differentiation, staging, recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
