利凡诺引产用于妇产科临床,在国内已有二十余年历史。1958年国内已有利凡诺水溶液宫腔灌注引产的报导;以后因发生严重并发症,甚至死亡的病例,一度停止使用。60年代中期又以其水溶液羊膜腔注入引产,其用药剂量较以前明显减少,但又出现晚期妊娠引产时有活婴娩出,给工作造成很多麻烦。我们于1978年5月～1980年10月和计划生育手术中,采用刊凡诺羊膜腔注入引产604例,取得较为满意的效果,现报告如下:
Rivanol induction of labor for obstetrics and gynecology clinics in China has more than 20 years of history. The mid-60s and its aqueous solution of amniotic fluid induced abortion, the dose was significantly reduced compared with the previous, but there are late pregnancy induction of labor when there are live births, to work a lot of trouble. We in May 1978 to October 1980 and family planning surgery, the use of Galvano amniotic cavity injection of labor induction of 604 cases, obtained more satisfactory results, are as follows:
