生物膜是细胞的重要组成部分,蛋白质的生物合成、酶催化机理、能量传递、物质传送、神精传导、细胞识别、细胞癌变、免疫反应、激素作用、新陈代谢、视觉和呼吸等均与生物膜的功能有关。研究生物膜的结构特别是动态结构与功能的关系,必将为这些问题的解决提供重要依据。酶蛋白与生物膜的2HNMR研究,是解决这类问题的极其有效的工具。 本文根据自己及其他作者最新研究结果,对膜蛋白特别是紫膜蛋白以及生物膜的固态2HNMR研究的某些问题进行了讨论。这些问题是1.膜蛋白动态结构研究方法的选择;2.固态2HNMR研究膜蛋白动态结构;3.膜蛋白的微观动态结构模型;4.生物膜动态结构的近代微观动态流动锒嵌模型。
Biofilm is an important part of the cell.
