目的 研讨严重急性呼吸综合征 ( SARS)患者疑似 SARS患者实验室结果。方法 1采用 Cell-DYN370 0血细胞分析仪检测了 5 3例确诊 SARS和 38例疑似 SARS入院首次血常规。 2采用 OLYM-PUS- 1 0 0 0血液生化分析仪检测了 5 3例确诊 SARS和 5 8例疑似 SARS入院首次血清酶。 3检测了 1 0 0例正常体检血常规。结果 白细胞计数各组比较无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴细胞百分数与绝对数各组比较 ,嗜酸性粒细胞百分数与计数各组比较 P<0 .0 1 ;血小板计数各组比较 :SARS组与正常组比较 P<0 .0 1 ;SARS组与疑似 SARS组比较 P>0 .0 5 ,正常组与疑似 SARS组比较 0 .0 5 >P>0 .0 1 ;α-羟丁酸脱氢酶SARS组与疑似 SARS组比较 P<0 .0 1。结论 SARS患者急性期血液淋巴细胞百分数与绝对计数、嗜酸性粒细胞百分数与计数及α-羟丁酸脱氢酶与疑似 SARS比较有高度显著性差异 ,对 SARS诊断可能有一定的参考价值
Objective To investigate the laboratory results of patients with suspected SARS in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Method 1 The first blood routine of 53 confirmed SARS cases and 38 suspected SARS cases was detected by Cell-DYN370 0 hematology analyzer. 2 The OLYM-PUS-1000 blood biochemical analyzer was used to detect the serum levels of the first serum enzymes in 53 cases of confirmed SARS and 58 cases of suspected SARS admission. 3 detected 100 normal blood tests. Results Leukocyte count was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). The percentage of lymphocytes and the absolute number of each group, the percentage of eosinophils and the count of each group P <0. 01; platelet count in each group comparison: SARS group compared with the normal group P <0. 01; SARS group and the suspected SARS group P> 0. 05, the normal group and the suspected SARS group 0. 0 5> P> 0. Acid dehydrogenase SARS group and the suspected SARS group P <0. Conclusions There is a highly significant difference in the percentages of absolute numbers of blood lymphocytes, percentage of eosinophils and the number of a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and the suspected SARS in patients with SARS in the acute phase, which may have some reference value for the diagnosis of SARS
