本文通过对CA6110/125车用直喷式柴油机出厂时自由加速烟度的摸底试验、喷油泵供油量特性试验、柴油机和喷油泵的交叉验证试验、改进喷油泵在柴油机和汽车上的验证试验以及扩大生产批量的验证试验等一系列试验与分析,摸清了原来柴油机在成批出厂时自由加速烟度的基本情况,查明了影响柴油机自由加速烟度的主要因素是对应于柴油机怠速转速区域喷油泵油门操纵杆处于全油门位置时的供油量的大小、柴油机怠速转速的高低等,最后提出了降低柴油机自由加速烟度的喷油泵的改进调试要点。
