本文采用预柱吸附—毛细管气相色谱—质谱法研究了海桐花头香的化学成分.各组分的分离和鉴定在 OV—17(柱Ⅰ)和HP—5(柱Ⅱ)两种石英毛细管拄上进行.在柱Ⅰ上分离出46个组分,鉴定了24个成分;在往Ⅱ上分离出62个组分,鉴定了19个成分.在两个柱上共鉴定出31个成分.主要成分为乙酸苄酯.
In this paper, the chemical constituents of Pittosporum sinensis were studied by precolumn adsorption-capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The separation and identification of each component were in OV-17 (column I) and HP-5 (column II) quartz capillary tubes. On the column I, 46 components were separated and 24 components were identified; 62 components were separated on the II and 19 components were identified. 31 components were identified on the two columns. The composition is benzyl acetate.
