陕西省在“一带一路”战略中扮演了交通枢纽的重要角色,从国内来看,中国版图的原点位于陕西省泾阳县境内,陕西是连接中国东部和西部的纽带,是接通北方和南方的窗口。从国际视野来看,陕西西安是古丝绸之路的起点,欧亚大陆桥的重要中转站,向西途经西亚可以到达欧洲,向北穿越蒙古抵达俄罗斯,向南经由北海驶往东南亚。目前,陕西省开放程度还比较低,“一带一路”战略为陕西省“走出去”带来了机遇和挑战。陕西自身具备了区位、能源化工、装备制造、有色矿产、科教、旅游等几大优势,只有发挥自身优势才能加快“走出去”的步伐。本文以此为切入点,着重论述加快陕西省“走出去”的具体优势,以及陕西省如何发挥这些优势的策略。 Shaanxi Province plays an important role as a transport hub in the “Belt and Road” strategy. From a domestic point of view, the origin of the territory of China is located in Jingyang County, Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi is the link connecting the eastern and western regions of China and the north and South window. From an international perspective, Xi’an in Shaanxi Province is the starting point for the ancient Silk Road and an important transit point for the Eurasian Continental Bridge. It can travel westward through West Asia to reach Europe, cross Mongolia through northern Russia to Russia, and travel south through the North Sea to Southeast Asia. At present, the opening up of Shaanxi Province is still relatively slow. The “Belt and Road” strategy has brought both opportunities and challenges to Shaanxi Province for “going out”. Shaanxi itself possesses several major advantages such as location, energy and chemicals, equipment manufacturing, non-ferrous minerals, science and education, and tourism. Only by exerting its own advantages can Shaanxi accelerate its pace of “going global.” Based on this point, this article focuses on the specific advantages of speeding up “going out” in Shaanxi Province and how Shaanxi Province should give play to these advantages.
