在我国通信技术、自动化技术以及计算机网络技术不断发展的条件下,工业自动化具体控制范围正在逐渐扩大,生产中的自动化水平也得到了显著的提高,更多现场设备实现了自动化控制。而PLC控制的主要核心是微处理技术,同时综合应用了计算机网络技术、自动控制技术以及通信技术,这种控制装置在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,其具有的优点主要有:组态灵活、体积不大、可靠性以及功能性非常强、编程简单以及环境适应能力非常强等。本文主要对砂石加工PLC控制系统的实际应用进行探讨,提出笔者的思考和建议,仅供参考。
Under the continuous development of communication technology, automation technology and computer network technology in our country, the specific control scope of industrial automation is gradually expanding, the automation level in production has also been significantly improved, and more on-site devices have realized automatic control. The main core of PLC control is the micro-processing technology. At the same time, the computer network technology, automatic control technology and communication technology are comprehensively applied. Such control devices have been widely used in industrial production. The advantages of the control devices include: flexible configuration , Small size, reliability and functionality is very strong, simple programming and environmental adaptability is very strong. This paper mainly discusses the practical application of gravel processing PLC control system, puts forward my thoughts and suggestions for reference purposes only.
