以TiOSO4、FeCl3为原料,利用均一沉淀法在叶蜡石、滑石等矿物微粉体片状粒子表面包覆氧化物超细粒子膜,研究分析了工艺参数对包覆膜结构的影响.初步考察了处理后粉体在光学、塑料填充改性方面的应用特性。
Using TiOSO4 and FeCl3 as raw materials, the superfine particles were coated on the surface of flaky particles such as pyrophyllite and talc by uniform precipitation method. The influence of the technological parameters on the structure of the coating was studied. Preliminary study of the treated powder in the optical, plastic filling modified application characteristics.
