目的了解湖北省各级妇幼保健机构人力资源的现状,为开展有针对性和可持续性的妇幼人才队伍建设提供依据。方法采用全国妇幼保健机构监测数据对湖北省98所妇幼保健机构人力资源进行描述性分析。结果湖北省妇幼保健机构中实际职工人数超过编制人数的占84.69%;卫生技术人员学历构成以大专及以下为主(占67.85%);卫生技术人员职称构成以中级和初级为主(占比90.39%)。结论湖北省各级妇幼保健机构人力资源存在现有编制无法满足日常工作需求,卫生技术人员学历和职称构成偏低,结构不合理等问题,妇幼保健人力资源建设刻不容缓。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources in MCH institutions at all levels in Hubei Province, and to provide basis for carrying out targeted and sustainable MCH team building. Methods Based on the monitoring data of MCH institutions in China, the human resources of 98 MCH institutions in Hubei Province were described descriptively. Results The number of actual employees in MCH institutions in Hubei Province exceeded 84.69% of the total number of employees. The educational background of health technicians mainly consisted of junior college and below (accounting for 67.85%). The titles of health technicians were intermediate and primary (accounting for 90.39% %). Conclusions There are problems such as the existing human resources in maternity and child care institutions at all levels in Hubei Province can not meet the needs of daily work, the low qualifications and titles of health technicians, the irrational structure and so on. The construction of maternal and child health human resources is imperative.
