在机械装置中,为了缩小装置的轴向距离,带锁紧槽圆螺母(JB24-59)的应用比较广泛。但传统的带锁紧槽圆螺母拆装不便。若忘了拧紧锁紧小螺钉,就会造成螺母松动,可靠性及安全性均较差。今改进设计成如图所示的新颖带锁紧槽圆螺母。该螺母在机床上使用效果良好,它与传统的带锁紧槽圆螺母相比,具有拆装方便(可省去锁紧小螺钉)、安全可靠的优点。具有一定的推广价值。如图所示,本螺母的下支承表面1是一个略与支承面呈倾斜角度θ的斜面,由于底面倾斜,所以本螺母是不等厚的,在最厚处开有一宽为1.5的窄槽2,当螺母被拧紧时,斜面上A点处的螺母受力后自动抬起,
