微生物菌剂对青贮和体外瘤胃发酵的影响和紫花苜蓿基础代谢玉米及玉米青贮的微生物生物量估算(摘要)

对苜蓿、褐色主脉玉米和玉米进行第3次整体切割,分别与4种微生物菌剂接种。未接种的的青贮作为空白对照组。每种作物每个处理组在4个小型筒(玻璃瓶1L)内进行青贮。所有的小筒在室温下(22℃)发酵60d,然后对发酵产品进行的纤维成分和氮含量的分析。一小部分的湿青贮在地上搅拌30s。体外产气在3、6、9、24、48h把潮湿的地面青贮密封在160mL血液小瓶中进行测定。
