采用高效毛细管电泳对猪脑中提取的钙调素与猪胰腺中提取的磷脂酶A2进行分离分析。以Bio-Rad20cm×25μmcoated石英毛细管为分离柱,UV200nm为检测波长,选择0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH3.5)为钙调素电泳分离缓冲液体系,0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH2.5,内含0.1%HPMC)为磷脂酶A2电泳分离缓冲液体系,对多步分离纯化获得的钙调素与磷脂酶A2进行纯度分析,同时为进一步研究钙调素与磷脂酶A2的生物活性提供了有效的检测手段。
High-performance capillary electrophoresis was used to separate the calmodulin extracted from porcine brain and phospholipase A2 extracted from porcine pancreas.
