目的评价鼻内镜下治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法回顾分析70例患者的临床资料。结果本组70例患者全部得到随访,随访时间6～12个月,治愈48例,好转17例,无效5例。结论术前详细询问病史,制订合理的手术方案,术中仔细操作,动作轻柔,术后合理使用有效抗生素,有变应性炎症者应用激素,清理鼻腔鼻窦,术后必须定期随访,可改善预后。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 70 patients were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months, 48 cases were cured, 17 cases improved and 5 cases were ineffective. Conclusions Preoperative detailed medical history, to develop a reasonable surgical plan, intraoperative careful operation, gentle movements, postoperative rational use of effective antibiotics, allergic inflammation of the application of hormones, nasal sinus cleaning, regular follow-up after surgery can improve the prognosis .
