根据等离子体物理学和光谱学理论,建立了一种新的电弧测试方法——光谱多线解析法,用这一方法及相应的实验装置,测定了氩氢混合气体焊接电弧中的氢含量及对应的温度、压力的分布。并对实验结果作了误差分析和验证。本文提出的方法具有实时、定量,对多参量的空间分布作同时测定等优点。而且原则上可用于焊接电弧气氛中其他元素的测定。成为解决焊接以及类似工程技术部门中许多实际与理论问题的一个新手段。
