为克服静态评价模型的缺点,以船舶工业为例,提出一种基于曲面积分的动态竞争力评价和分析模型.介绍了我国船舶工业的现状,回顾并总结了目前国际竞争力的评价方法及其优缺点.在此基础上,提出基于技术与成本曲面积分的船舶工业国际竞争力模型.模型中提出竞争力密度函数的概念,用于描述竞争力分布强度.用算例对模型进行了检验,评价结果与现实相符.分析表明,该模型可以从动态的角度,对竞争力进行多方面的分析与评价,对我国船舶工业的健康发展具有一定的指导意义,同时也为竞争力评价理论提供了一种新思路.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the static evaluation model, this paper presents a model of dynamic competitiveness evaluation and analysis based on surface integral, taking shipbuilding industry as an example.The current status of China’s shipbuilding industry is introduced, the current international competitiveness evaluation method is reviewed and summarized On the basis of this, this paper proposes an international competitiveness model of shipbuilding industry based on the integration of technology and cost curve surface.The concept of competitiveness density function is proposed in the model, which is used to describe the strength of competitiveness distribution.The model is tested with examples, The results of the evaluation are consistent with the reality.The analysis shows that the model can analyze and evaluate the competitiveness in many aspects from the perspective of the dynamic and has certain guiding significance to the healthy development of China’s shipbuilding industry and also provides the theory of competitiveness evaluation A new idea.
