目的评估深圳市某电路板生产企业的职业病危害风险,探讨新加坡有害化学品职业暴露半定量风险评估方法在我国深圳市某电路板生产企业的适用情况。方法应用新加坡有害化学品职业暴露半定量风险评估方法对深圳市某电路板生产企业各岗位接触的化学性职业病危害进行风险评估。结果洗板岗位三氯乙烯接触浓度为130.9 mg/m~3,风险等级为高风险;锡膏印刷岗位甲醇接触浓度为19.0 mg/m3,风险等级为中等风险;其他职业病危害因素风险等级均为低风险或可以忽略的风险。结论证实半定量法评估电路板生产企业某些岗位的风险等级及应采取相关监测和控制措施降低风险。
Objective To assess the risk of occupational hazards in a circuit board manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen and to explore the application of semi-quantitative risk assessment methods of occupational exposure to hazardous chemicals in Singapore in a circuit board manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen, China. Methods A semi-quantitative risk assessment of occupational exposure to hazardous chemicals in Singapore was conducted to evaluate the risk of chemical occupational hazards in various positions in a circuit board manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen. Results The contact concentration of trichlorethylene was 130.9 mg / m ~ 3, the risk level was high risk; the contact concentration of methanol was 19.0 mg / m3, the risk level was medium risk; the risk grade of other occupational hazards were Low risk or negligible risk. Conclusions confirmed that semi-quantitative assessment of circuit board manufacturing enterprises in certain positions risk level and should take relevant monitoring and control measures to reduce risk.
