陶瓷喷墨打印技术以其独特的优点已成为各国研究的热点。目前国内喷墨打印用色料的研究存在黄色等色料发色不纯正的问题。采用溶胶–凝胶法,通过正交试验,制备了颜色纯正的镨掺杂硅酸锆黄色料粉体。通过CIE L~*a~*b~*系统研究样品的色度,确定优化的制备条件为:镨掺量3%、pH值3、水浴温度70℃,较优样品亮度值L~*为90.37,绿度值a~*为–0.33,黄度值b~*为40.50。红绿度值趋近于0(–0.33),即红绿色对黄色呈色影响最低,黄色纯正。样品的主晶相为硅酸锆,含有少量的β-石英和单斜氧化锆。色料晶粒尺寸为62 nm,形貌呈四方体,晶格条纹清晰,晶体生长发育良好,镨离子取代了硅酸锆晶格中的锆离子。墨水装饰效果评价表明控制镨掺量、pH值及反应温度可获得发色纯正的镨锆黄色料以及发色纯正釉面的效果。
Ceramic inkjet printing technology with its unique advantages has become a hot research in various countries. At present, there is a problem of yellowing, such as yellowing, in the research of domestic inkjet printing color materials. By using the sol-gel method, pure color praseodymium doped zirconium silicate yellow powder was prepared by orthogonal test. The optimum chromatographic conditions were as follows: 3% of praseodymium, pH 3, water bath temperature of 70 ℃, and the optimal value of L * was 90.37 , The green value a ~ * is -0.33, the yellow value b ~ * is 40.50. The value of red and green approaches 0 (-0.33), that is, red and green have the lowest impact on the yellow color, and the yellow is pure. The main phase of the sample is zirconium silicate, containing a small amount of β-quartz and monoclinic zirconia. The pigment has a grain size of 62 nm, a tetragonal morphology, a clear lattice fringe and a good crystal growth. Praseodymium ions replace the zirconium ions in the zirconium silicate lattice. Ink decorative effect evaluation shows that the control of praseodymium content, pH and reaction temperature can be obtained pure yellow praseodymium zirconium pigment and hair color pure glaze effect.
