采用两步法合成了 4种侧链含偶氮染料发色团分散红 -1 9的新型聚 (氨酯 -酰亚胺 ) ( PUI) :先合成含染料发色团的二异氰酸酯 ,再进一步和二酐单体缩合生成 PUI.用红外光谱、紫外 -可见光谱、DSC和 TGA等手段对合成的 PUI进行表征 .所有 PUI在~ 4 90 nm处都有一强吸收峰 .PUI可溶于强极性非质子溶剂 ,如NMP,DMAc,DMF,DMSO和 1 ,4 -丁内酯 ,有些甚至在常用的低沸点溶剂如 THF中也可溶解 .PUI的特性粘数在 0 .1 6~ 0 .31 d L/ g范围内 .其玻璃化转变温度 ( Tg)在 1 71~ 2 1 1℃范围内 ,明显高于侧链型非线性光学聚氨酯 ( PU) .以刚性相对较大的六氟异丙叉基二 ( 3,4 -邻苯二甲酸酐 ) ( 6FDA)和甲苯 -2 ,4 -二异氰酸酯( TDI)为单体的 PUI具有比以二苯醚 -3,3′,4 ,4′-四甲酸二酐 ( OPDA)和 4 ,4′-二异氰酸酯二苯甲烷 ( MDI)为单体的 PUI更高的 Tg.PUI的 TGA曲线上有两个明显的失重台阶 ,起始热分解温度大约在 30 0℃左右 .
A novel poly (urethane-imide) (PUI) with four kinds of side chain azo dye chromophore disperse red-9 was synthesized by a two-step method. Firstly, a diisocyanate containing a dye chromophore was synthesized, And the dianhydride monomer to form PUI.The synthesized PUI was characterized by IR, UV-Vis, DSC and TGA.All PUIs had a strong absorption peak at -490 nm.PUI was soluble in the strong polar Aprotic solvents such as NMP, DMAc, DMF, DMSO and 1,4-butyrolactone, some of which are soluble even in common low-boiling solvents such as THF.The inherent viscosity of the PUI is in the range of 0.01-6. 31 d L / g, the glass transition temperature (Tg) was in the range of 1-171 ~ 21-1 ℃, which was significantly higher than that of the side-chain nonlinear optical polyurethane (PU) (PUFI) with diphenyl ether-3,3 ’, 4,4 (4F) and 4-diisocyanate (TDI) ’-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (OPDA) and 4,4’-diisocyanate diphenylmethane (MDI) .There are two distinct weight-loss steps on the TGA curve of PUI, and the initial thermal decomposition temperature About 30 0 ℃ or so.
