The radioimmunoassay (RA-ID) study of hepatocellular carcinoma with radiolabeled anti-AFP antibody has attracted people’s attention. In this paper, 131 I-labeled anti-AFP antibody raids were performed in 17 patients (12 liver cancers, 2 hepatic hemangiomas, 2 liver cirrhosis, and 1 liver abscess). The chloroamine-131I-labeled purified horse anti-human AFP polyclonal antibody and mouse anti-human AFP monoclonal antibody. After intravenous injection of labeled antibody 2.0 ~ 2.5mCi
