科研能力是青年教员的基本能力。文章提出科研能力的内涵本质是驾驭问题和探索创新,系统阐明科研能力是知识储备、问题意识、思维品质、科研方法、文字表达五种因素的有机搭配,是五位一体的有效组合过程,在实践中主要表现为问题形态、知识形态、技术形态、转化形态。结合军队院校青年教员科研实际,分析了制约青年教员科研能力有效提高的影响因素,提出要从树立高远志向、提升哲学素养、掌握科学方法、培养学术专长、潜心科研实践五个方面加强科研能力的培养提高。
Scientific research ability is the basic ability of young teachers. The article puts forward that the essence of scientific research ability is to master the problems and to explore innovation. To clarify the ability of scientific research systematically is an organic combination of five factors: knowledge reserve, problem awareness, thinking quality, scientific research methods and textual expression. In practice, it mainly manifests as problem form, knowledge form, technical form and transformation form. Combining with the actual research of young faculty members in military colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the influencing factors that effectively restrict young faculty members’ ability in scientific research and puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the ability of scientific research in five aspects: establishing lofty aspirations, improving philosophical accomplishments, mastering scientific methods, cultivating academic expertise and devoting themselves to scientific research The training is improved.
