利用酸蚀处理技术对Al2O3喷砂处理后的种植体表面进行改性处理。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、表面接触角分析仪、表面轮廓仪等研究酸蚀处理后种植体的表面形貌、粗糙度和亲水性等表面特性。结果表明:酸蚀处理可促使种植体表面形成了多孔洞结构,进而改变其表面特性;当酸蚀处理20min时,种植体表面形成了蜂窝状多级孔洞结构,其表面粗糙度Ra为(1.77±0.064)μm、表面接触角为(47.7±3.022)°,有利于种植体与骨组织形成骨性结合。
The surface of the implants treated with Al2O3 sandblasting was modified by acid etching. The surface morphology, roughness, hydrophilicity and other surface properties of the implants after acid etching treatment were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface contact angle analyzer and surface profiler. The results showed that the acid etching treatment could promote the formation of multi-hole structure on the implant surface and change the surface properties of the implant. When the acid etching treatment for 20 min, the honeycomb multi-level hole structure was formed on the surface of the implant, and the surface roughness Ra was (1.77 ± 0.064) μm, and the contact angle of the surface was (47.7 ± 3.022) °, which favored the osseointegration between implant and bone tissue.
