蔬菜重金属污染和生物污染是严重影响蔬菜安全品质的两大因素。由于种植户很难从指标上进行检测,所以在生产中这两种污染很容易被忽视。本文介绍了从源头上预防这两种污染的基本措施,给广大种植户提供一个参考。
Vegetables, heavy metal pollution and biological contamination are two major factors that seriously affect the safety and quality of vegetables. Because growers find it difficult to detect from indicators, both of these types of pollution can easily be overlooked in production. This article describes the basic measures to prevent these two kinds of pollution from the source, to provide a reference for the majority of growers.
