目的探讨桩蛋白(paxillin)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其与宫颈鳞癌浸润转移的关系。方法通过免疫组化法检测正常宫颈上皮(NCE)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),以及宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中桩蛋白表达的阳性率,以及Ki-67标记的增殖指数(PI)和CD34标记的微血管密度(MVD)。结果与NCE和CIN组相比,SCC组桩蛋白表达的阳性率均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67、CD34标记的桩蛋白,在NCE中,主要表达在棕黄色宫颈上皮细胞膜,在CIN中,主要表达在棕黄色异型细胞膜/细胞质,在SCC中,主要表达在棕黄色癌细胞质/细胞膜。结论桩蛋白的过度表达可能与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展,甚至转移有关,也是导致预后不良的因素之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of paxillin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The positive rate of paxillin expression in normal cervical epithelium (NCE), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the proliferation index of Ki-67 PI) and CD34-labeled microvessel density (MVD). Results Compared with NCE group and CIN group, the expression of pectin protein in SCC group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Ki-67, CD34-labeled paxillin is mainly expressed on the brown-yellow cervical epithelial cell membrane in NCE and mainly in the buffy coat / cytoplasm in CIN, and mainly expressed in the brown cytoplasm / plasma membrane of SCC in SCC . Conclusion Overexpression of paxillin may be related to the occurrence, development and even metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. It is also one of the factors leading to poor prognosis.
